THE DIAGNOSIS OF MY HORSE
My boy had to undergo colic surgery. Vets concluded he had a 280° torsion of his large intestine with a large impaction weighing almost 70kg! The surgery itself was a huge panic but the recovery scared me just as much!

The chance of reoccurring colic episodes and infection were all something I dreaded! Unfortunately, a week post op he started to gradually get a fever. We called the vet out and started him on some antibiotics to cover us in case an infection was present.
