Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

How much shipping costs

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, the total value, and your delivery postcode. Enter your address at checkout to see the options available to you.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over $79 to most Australian postcodes. How much you can order and still ship free depends on your delivery zone — the closer you are to our Brisbane warehouse, the larger the order that still qualifies:

Zone 1 (capital-city metros, South-East Queensland, ACT and nearby regional NSW): free shipping on almost all orders over $79.
Zone 2 (regional Queensland and the Geelong area): free shipping on standard and mid-size orders over $79.
Zone 3 (regional and remote NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS and NT): free shipping on standard-size orders over $79.

Some orders fall outside the free-shipping rules — for example a single item on its own, a single 4.5L oil, two or more 4.5L oils, or a very large or heavy order. When that happens, live carrier rates from Australia Post and TNT are shown at checkout so you can see the exact postage cost and still complete your order.

Please check your shipping options at checkout. The cost for your specific order and postcode is confirmed on the checkout page before you pay.

If a postcode is not listed in a free-shipping zone, or the order is outside that zone’s free-shipping rules, live Australia Post and TNT rates are shown at checkout.

How long it takes

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Orders are sent from Brisbane, Queensland.

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on your location and the carrier's network. As a general guide:

South-East Queensland / metro: 1–4 business days
Other east-coast metro: 2–6 business days
Regional and remote areas: 5–10+ business days

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by weather, carrier delays, and peak periods.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's lodged, and re-delivery of a parcel returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur an additional shipping charge.

Missing, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at warehouse@cennutrition.com.au with your order number, and we'll help you resolve it. We'll work with the carrier to locate delayed parcels and sort out any issues with damaged goods.
