Freight times vary from state to state. Shipping of items over 5kg is not available to the following areas: Tasmania, Northern Territory, South Australia Country (2880-2889, 5201-5749), Western Australia Country (6215-6797, 6037-6049, 6070-6075, 6077-6089, 6121-6146, 6207-6209, 6211-6799).
PO Box delivery is not available for CF50 (15kg ) in Australia and New Zealand.

Online Returns & Refunds

CEN strives to deliver your online order in the fastest possible time. We do understand that there may be some instances where a return of purchase is warranted due to faulty/damaged goods. Every case will be reviewed on an individual basis depending reason for return.

To return an item, the product must be in original condition with all labels attached and in original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. The original postage charge cannot be refunded unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser’s original credit card or direct debit account. Exchanges (change of mind) need to be made in the form of a new online product sale or a credit for the store.

Online Order Delivery & Tracking Policy
CEN delivers safely and securely throughout Australia to your home or business address. Each order requires a single delivery point. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post, Couriers Please or a local agent, depending on the item purchased. Orders are posted within 2 business days after payment has been accepted. Delivery can take 5 business days in City Areas, 8 business days in Regional Areas and up to 10 days in Rural Areas. We endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible.
